That’s my only job. I focus exclusively on Latino realtors in the U.S. — the largest and most underserved segment in the industry. The big agencies sell “marketing for realtors” in English, with generic systems, without understanding how a Cuban in Miami, a Dominican in New York, or a Mexican in Texas actually speaks.
I started Capitán del Marketing in 2019. Since then we’ve worked with 200+ agents across 10 states and helped generate $4M+ in closed commissions. No theory. No course. System running.
