NEW YORK
Real Estate Marketing for Latino Realtors in New York
New York has one of the largest and most diverse Hispanic markets in the country, and some of the highest stakes. Here is how to earn it.
The Latino real estate market in New York
New York is where the Latino buyer runs into the hardest math in the country. It is one of the most expensive states to buy in, driven by New York City, Westchester and Long Island, and the barrier is almost never income — it is the down payment. Buyers with steady jobs stall because they cannot assemble the cash.
That is exactly the gap SONYMA exists to close. Its two most-used programs are Achieving the Dream (the lower rate of the two, with 1,406 borrowers in 2024) and the Low Interest Rate Program. Most first-time Latino buyers in New York have never heard of either, and the agent who explains them stops competing on listings and starts competing on being useful.
The demand behind it is not soft: nationally Latinos added 441,000 homeowners in 2025, the largest one-year gain on record, and 41% of all U.S. first-time buyers are Hispanic. In New York the buyer exists and is qualified. What is missing is the path.

Why generic marketing falls short here
In a market this expensive, a shared lead is an expensive coin flip. The buyer who closes works with the agent who guided them through price, programs and process in their language, not the one who simply paid to appear first.
The system we install for realtors here
We install a system built for the New York Latino buyer. It runs in four parts: getting known in your area, attracting the right buyers with conversation-first ads, qualifying them 24/7 with our AI assistant Artix, and letting the serious ones book themselves. See exactly how it works in our complete real estate marketing guide for Latino realtors.
